George Pajon Jr.

George Pajon Jr. is an American guitarist, songwriter, composer, and record producer. Born in Los Angeles, California, he began playing guitar at the age of nine and went on to build a career as a versatile musician, working across hip-hop, rock, jazz, blues, and pop. Pajon is best known as the longtime lead guitarist of the Black Eyed Peas. He joined the group in 1998 and became an important contributor to both their live performances and studio recordings. He co-wrote and performed on numerous songs, including "Where Is the Love?", "Let's Get It Started", "Shut Up", "Don't Phunk with My Heart", and "Meet Me Halfway". He has received multiple Grammy Awards for his songwriting and contributions to the group's music. In addition to his work with the Black Eyed Peas, Pajon has collaborated with artists such as Fergie, Sting, Carlos Santana, Ricky Martin, John Legend, Macy Gray, Sérgio Mendes, and Kelis. He is also a founding member of Bucky Jonson, the live band associated with the Black Eyed Peas, and joined the rock duo Cairo Knife Fight in 2015. His work has also included music production, arranging, session recording, and composing for television and film.
