Shahdokht Shahnaz Pahlavi

Her Imperial Highness Princess Shahnaz Pahlavi was born in Tehran on October 27, 1940, the only child of Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi and Princess Fawzia of Egypt.As the Shah’s first-born child, she holds a distinctive place in the history of the Imperial House of Iran and its historic ties with Egypt. Princess Shahnaz married Ardeshir Zahedi in 1957 and later Khosrow Jahanbani in 1971, and is the mother of three children.Throughout her life, she has maintained a private and dignified presence while remaining closely connected to the history and heritage of the Pahlavi family.
