Tony Flynn di Resta

A lifelong filmmaker and editor, Tony Flynn di Resta began making and editing films on Super 8 at the age of nine. While still a teenager, he apprenticed under film editor Charles Diana at the New York Film Center Building before earning a BFA in Film/Video from the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan. His career has spanned television, film, advertising, and post-production. He has worked as a Graphic Artist for WFLA News Channel 8, Graphic Designer and Commercial Producer for News 2, and editor for Al Stahl's Animated Productions Co., founded by one of the original Popeye animators. He has also completed freelance work for Ogilvy & Mather. Experienced in all aspects of production—including writing, lighting, shooting, editing, and motion graphics—his true passion has always been post-production and documentary filmmaking. Drawing inspiration from a family deeply rooted in the entertainment industry, he continues to bring stories to life through editing and filmmaking.
