With a passion for inclusive storytelling, McParland creates safe, accessible spaces on set and behind the scenes. Through his work with Bus Stop Films, he writes, directs, and mentors emerging filmmakers with disabilities - helping to shape a film industry that’s more representative, creative, and human.
