Viviane Barci de Moraes

Viviane Barci de Moraes is a Brazilian lawyer and businesswoman. She graduated with degrees in law and in advertising and marketing from the Universidade Paulista (UNIP). She serves as the coordinating partner of Barci de Moraes Sociedade de Advogados, a private law firm based in São Paulo that operates across corporate, administrative, and constitutional law. She is married to Alexandre de Moraes, a justice of the Supreme Federal Court (STF).Her professional operations and private corporate assets have been subject to international and domestic oversight. In 2025, she and her associated legal institute, Lex, were placed under financial sanctions by the United States Department of the Treasury under the scope of the Magnitsky Act. Furthermore, her law firm's commercial transactions became part of domestic federal reviews following a multimillion-real consulting contract established with corporate entities tied to financier Daniel Vorcaro and Banco Master.
