Upon arrival, she realizes the call was fake and she is in a gang's den. Under pressure from Maksym Hrynchuk, a dangerous gangster, Anastasiya operates on a man with a gun-shot wound.

To prove it is not true Edita, Mykhailo's assistant and lover, arranges a family dinner at a fancy restaurant where she invites journalists. In front of cameras, Anastasiya says she truly loves her husband. When Yevheniy, Anastasiya's boyfriend, learns of it, he starts searching for her to find out what is going on and why she suddenly gave up on him married another man.
