Episode 1

The crafty and avaricious lawyer Liu Lang is hired to defend a food safety case for a big food corporation. He harbors hatred for the rookie, idealist, defense lawyer Lin Xiao-yan. One day, a five-year-old boy shows up claiming to be Liu Lang’s son. Liu Lang is incredulous.

Episode 2

The food safety case is spinning out of control as more evidence points out against the corporation. Liu Lang becomes the scapegoat, losing his job and having to compensate a large sum. Blackmailed all over the Internet and rejected by all the major law firms, Liu Lang is desperate and broke. He keeps looking for job opportunities and tries to contact all of his ex-girlfriends, hoping to find the mother of Liang-liang.

Episode 3

Liu Lang can no longer afford his luxurious bachelor pad, so he takes Liang-liang with him to look for a cheap alternative to live in. He plays the “poor single dad with a little kid” card and successfully finds an apartment. The landlord is a single father himself. Meanwhile, Xu Da-en helps Liu Lang with an interview at a small and run-down law firm called Chu Hsing.

Episode 4

Lin Xiao-yan is short on evidence that she can use to sue the owner of the construction business. Liu Lang is disinterested in the case and does not try to help her unless she pays.

Episode 5

Liang-liang needs to attend kindergarten to avoid suspicion from people; Liu Lang also sees it as a way to get rid of Liang-liang. Being cheap and calculated, Liu Lang finds a kindergarten that he deems is good value for money. However, the enrollment is only the start of a series of disasters.

Episode 6

Liu Lang’s investigation leads to Liang-liang’s isolation in kindergarten, but Liu Lang needs Liang-liang’s help to collect more evidence. More kids become the victims of this reckless kindergarten. Liu Lang finally finds a breakthrough.

Dr. Lin decided to appeal in order to maintain the dignity of medicine. Liu Lang found evidence against the youtuber, but Liu Lang missed the promise with Liangliang because of this.

Episode 9

The sports KOL couple decided to divorce due to an accident. Liu Lang did everything possible to fight for the rights and interests of the client, but Lin Xiaoyan found that they still loved each other deeply. At the end of the day, is it benifit or support?

The Math Problem of Love

With the help of Liu Lang and Lin Xiaoyan, the KOL couple made the final decision. The relationship between Lin Daen and Nicole had no progress. Liangliang had a pet that Liu Lang's most feared of.

The gifted child hired Liu Lang to file a lawsuit against his parents to change the high pressure from his parents. Liu Lang became a strict trainer so Liangliang might have a chance of winning the prize in the competition.
