Afnan faces a dilemma when he is being asked to provide post-trauma cleaning services; something neither he nor his cleaning team has ever done before. But Basyir, son of the deceased, provided emotional reasons for Afnan to not reject the request. Emma is not as excited as her best friend, Sabrina, to start their business course at the polytechnic. Mairah is worried for her job when her bank starts to lay off their staff.

Afnan is fighting against time to get Basyir's house ready before the guests arrive. Basyir shares an emotional moment with Afnan, which triggers Afnan's disturbing past. Emma is having second thoughts about continuing with her business course, after meeting a bunch of Science students. Mairah is frustrated with the house in a mess with Afnan's equipment. Afnan makes a decision in order to save CSS.

Mairah is angry that Afnan decides to officially include post trauma cleaning in CSS. As Emma gets closer to her new friends from the School of Science, Sabrina's irritation with Emma's lack of enthusiasm grows. While Emma sets her mind on transferring to another course, Mairah's position at work is getting more fragile.

While CSS is busy with Rosnah's case, Emma finds a special connection with her daughter, Liyana. Afnan is troubled at Raj and Dani's decision to quit CSS. While Mairah seeks new job opportunities, Emma is worried when Liyana believes that her mother died because of her.

Emma is frantically searching for Liyana who has been taken away by some unknown authorities. Mairah has to deal with the neighbours prying eyes and comments about Afnan's venture into trauma cleaning, especially the neighbourhood gossip, Asmah as she continues to lobby to other residents against Afnan and CSS doing their "cursed" work.

A new trauma cleaning case comes CSS's way, this time even closer to home for Afnan's family. A familiar face in the neighbourhood comes under suspicion as Afnan's new venture garners attention from the media. Mairah and Emma try to come to a consensus about Emma's choice of study but tensions are still high in the family.

Afnan starts looking for a new staff, but is surprised to see someone familiar applying for the position. Emma is upset when she is attacked on social media after posting about post-trauma cleaning. Her grandfather, Rahim, confronts Mairah when he sees the post. Aliyah suggests to Afnan about getting a helper for Yati, but Mairah wants Aliyah to share the costs. CSS faces a shocking unnatural death.

Afnan is surprised to know that the 2 deceased are Salim’s parents. Afnan agrees for Emma to assist, with her bringing Nazrul along for his documentary. Hilmi has a different perspective on his life after completing his first post-trauma cleaning. Mairah has to abandon Yati halfway for an interview.

Rahim is upset that Afnan could not defend Mairah against Aliyah's snarky remarks. Nazrul confronts Sabrina for being disrespectful to Emma. Mairah makes a decision to leave the house. Simultaneously, an anonymous social media account mocks Emma's interaction with Liyana.

Asmah is close to finding out Hilmi working with CSS. CSS approaches a difficult case: Ummi and her three hot-headed children. As Nazrul and Sabrina worry about Emma's disappearance, Mairah begins her new job with a heavy heart. Aliyah finally exposes her true feelings regarding Afnan and Mairah.

Afnan grapples with challenges to his marriage, which has now gotten both his mother and Mairah's parents involved. This is on top of the financial troubles that CSS is facing. Emma is also facing her own challenges as she faces up to the vicious rumours that follow her in school, causing her to question who her real friends are. As all these problems converge, could Afnan be forced to make unthinkable decisions?

Afnan faces strong objections for his decision to close down CSS. Asmah seeks Afnan’s help to find Abdullah, and when they find Abdullah, it makes Asmah spiral in despair. Emma’s search for the person responsible for the viral video points to someone closer than she thinks. Mairah finally sees Rahim’s manipulative acts. Afnan is conflicted whether he should do the final post-trauma cleaning.

Emma seeks everyone’s help to find Afnan. Feeling guilty for his fallout with Afnan, Husin leads the search. Husin also agrees to finish the post-trauma cleaning with Hilmi and someone familiar. Emma finally confronts the perpatrator of the viral video. Afnan finally reveals to Mairah about Ahmad. Even with the team back together, Afnan is still reluctant to change his mind about closing CSS.
