Vlado learns from Svetla that only one of the twins could be his granddaughter due to a rare case of twins from different fathers. When Kosta recognizes Svetla from the accident 30 years ago and mentions that she was also pregnant at the time, she panics and leaves, leaving Vlado and Kosta with growing suspicions. Svetla is shaken by nightmares and superstitious signs, and Katya worries that Filip is cheating on her, which is having a dangerous effect on her pregnancy. Diana realizes that Zoya is connected to the Twin and her kidnapping, and Vaso decides to take revenge on them. Meanwhile, divers discover Gele's remains in the lake, and Vaso's man places a bomb under the Twin's car. The attack fails - the Twin survives and sets out for revenge. Bilyana is left alone with her newborn twins after Ivaylo's death and, desperate and without support, makes the difficult decision to give up one of the babies. Zoya manages to take one of her daughters and prepares to escape.

Katya was rushed for a cesarean section. During the operation, Margo discovered severe complications – placental abruption and massive bleeding. To save her life, she was forced to perform a hysterectomy. The baby was born in critical condition, and despite the efforts of Theodora and Margo, it died of hypoxia.
